Giving special attention to modern design and lightweight construction, Tinum boasts a stylish, versatile design that is simply beautiful. Alongside the beautiful special edition design, Tinum SE boasts a panoramic ventilation system that is ideal for keeping your little one cool in the summer while giving you the option to easily check on your little one without disturbing them.

The Tinum Special Edition Pram comes with a quick one-hand fold that allows you to easily pack the stroller away when you're done using it and boasts a high gloss lightweight aluminium frame perfect that looks amazing. The multi-position adjustable backrest of the seat unit and the comfy mattress included with the carrycot give children a cosy place to relax in from day one while the 5-point safety harness helps to keep them safe and secure wherever you go.

Tinum also comes with a UV50+ fabric filter that helps to protect infants from harmful UV rays on bright summer days, as well as being water-repellent to keep them dry in stormy weather. The Shock Absorption and Direction Memory Systems both help to prevent the frame from shaking when pushed through rough terrain or from unwanted wheel spin when you are lifting the frame onto another surface, making hopping off and on public transport quick and easy.

The aluminium alloy frame makes the pram lightweight for easy pushing and easy lifting when you are not using the pram. It also comes with rotary front wheels that rotate 360° meaning that you can easily manouevre through bustling crowds without having to make lots of awkward stops.

The Tinum model offers a comfortable and elegant handle in black with innovative leatherette that boasts a highly anti-allergenic spec that also won't overheat in the sun or change texture in the cold, so you can be sure of high quality and durability all year round. The Tinum Pram can also be transformed into a stylish travel system using an infant car seat (sold separately) so you can go from car to street with ease. This can be achieved quickly thanks to the easy click mode that allows you to swap between different settings much more easily, from carrycot to car seat to seat unit in seconds.

Click and Collect

We offer a click and collect service for those who prefer to pick up their order from our store in Lerwick. Simply select "Click and Collect" during the checkout process and let us know the day you will be picking up your order, and we will have it ready for you.

Local Shetland Delivery

Orders to addresses in Shetland are delivered either by our own van or by a local courier and are FREE OF CHARGE.

UK Delivery

Our delivery charge throughout the United Kingdom is £3.50 per order. Bulky items such as some prams, bikes and large toys cost between £10 and £20 per item. 
If postage is unexpectedly high and our system has not caught it before your order is completed (i.e. a valuable item needs to be insured, multiple boxes need to be shipped) we may contact you in order to charge excess postage- if you are unhappy with this you can request a cancellation and refund.
Please note: Some items may not be shipped out-with Shetland. Please check the item description or get in touch if you are unsure.

Overseas Delivery

If you are based outwith the UK, please contact us to discuss your order so we can give you accurate shipping costs.

Returns

If you change your mind about an item that you have bought, please return it to us within 30 days of purchase, and you will receive an in store voucher or an online voucher for the value of the item. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless a fault or problem has been discovered with the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@harrysdepartmentstore.co.uk and send your item to: Esplanade Lerwick Shetland Scotland ZE1 0LL.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Esplanade Lerwick Shetland Scotland ZE1 0LL.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If the fault is our own we will refund shipping up to £5.00.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
