This perfect pushchair is perfect for urban living; versatile enough to be able to fold up compactly for hopping on and off public transport but with a large seat for your child's comfort and still plenty of room for shopping!
It’s covered in luxurious fabrics and has a well-padded, large seat unit that can be positioned forward facing or parent facing as required. The canopy is ultra-extendable for full cover, keeping your little one safely away from harmful sun's rays on those brighter days. The seat can fully recline to a lie-flat position, making it suitable for use from birth or for a nap. A five-point harness with padding keeps your little one held comfortably and safely in place as you travel together, and the bumper bar is removable so you can easily install your child. For further comfort, the backrest and leg rest adjust simultaneously, and a rain cover is included to keep your little one dry in case of sudden showers- you can store it in the large under-seat basket when not in use.
This pushchair has a contemporary styling with a leather look finish and 4 sturdy wheels. The front wheels can be locked for straight line trekking or set to swivel for nipping through the city streets. The back wheels have an easy braking system so you can come to a stop quickly and the Adorra benefits from a compact fold even when the seat is in place. When folded, the pushchair can stand upright for easy storage, and to keep the fabrics clean. You can remove the seat and wheels for an even more compact fold. The pushchair is lovely to push and has an extendable handlebar to suit parents of any size.

Click and Collect
We offer a click and collect service for those who prefer to pick up their order from our store in Lerwick. Simply select "Click and Collect" during the checkout process and let us know the day you will be picking up your order, and we will have it ready for you.
Local Shetland Delivery
Orders to addresses in Shetland are delivered either by our own van or by a local courier and are FREE OF CHARGE.
UK Delivery
Our delivery charge throughout the United Kingdom is £3.50 per order. Bulky items such as some prams, bikes and large toys cost between £10 and £20 per item.
If postage is unexpectedly high and our system has not caught it before your order is completed (i.e. a valuable item needs to be insured, multiple boxes need to be shipped) we may contact you in order to charge excess postage- if you are unhappy with this you can request a cancellation and refund.
Please note: Some items may not be shipped out-with Shetland. Please check the item description or get in touch if you are unsure.
Overseas Delivery
If you are based outwith the UK, please contact us to discuss your order so we can give you accurate shipping costs.
Returns
If you change your mind about an item that you have bought, please return it to us within 30 days of purchase, and you will receive an in store voucher or an online voucher for the value of the item. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless a fault or problem has been discovered with the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@harrysdepartmentstore.co.uk and send your item to: Esplanade Lerwick Shetland Scotland ZE1 0LL.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Esplanade Lerwick Shetland Scotland ZE1 0LL.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If the fault is our own we will refund shipping up to £5.00.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
